As for the submission of your personal data, in compliance to the legislative decree 196/2003 (hence “Decree”), the company Frantoio Oleario Pace F.lli Pace S.r.l. adopted a system of data protection to improve the quality of its services and the relations with its clients.
As a client (hence Client) owning the personal data we are referring to (hence Data), according to the article no. 13 of the Decree we would like to inform you that:
1. Origin of personal data
Your personal data are collected by our staff in charge of relations with clients.
According the above mentioned Decree, the treatment of the personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
2. Scope of the treatment
a)the treatment of your data is limited to the complete and correct execution of the contract and contractual services, to meeting legal obligations, community regulations and to managing the business relationships with the Client.
b) Your data can be used for business purposes to promote our products and let you know special offers and advantages you can benefit from.
3. Types of treatment
- Treatment of personal data as indicated in article 4, Par. 1, letter a) of the decree, refers to any type of operation or group of operations regarding the collection, registration, organization, preservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, block, communication, cancellation and distribution of the data.
- The treatment occurs with or without automated and electronic instruments, on which Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace S.r.l. adopted adequate safety measures against risks of uncontrolled access or to guarantee the safety of data.
4. Submission of data
The submission of basic personal data is essential to carry out the activities mentioned in 2 lett. b).
5. Denial of data
The possible denial of personal data mentioned at point 4 on the part of the Client cause the impossibility to carry out the activities mentioned in 2 lett. b).
6. Data transfer
Your personal data can be transferred for purposes mentioned in point 2 to external partners or partners working in the following fields: legal, accounting, health, technical, job consultancy. More in general, data can be transferred to fulfill the contractual obligations with the Client.
We further inform you that the Client can exercise the rights established in articles 7,8, and 9 of the Decree 196/2003. The Client has the right to be informed about the existence of data that may concern him/her and to receive communication of those data in intelligible form. Furthermore, the Client has the right to cancel, modify, update and integrate his/her data and/or to deny their use for the mentioned purposes.
The Client has the right to know the identity of the subjects or the group of subjects that have access to his/her data, except the case in which exercising that right can hinder the job of public bodies, inspections and controls carried out to defend the security and the defense of the state, the prevention, the investigation and repression of crimes in compliance with Art. 13 Par. 2 of the Decree.
