ON-LINE ORDERS
When you have filled up the order form, you receive an e-mail with the details of the order and the payment method chosen.
NON AVAILABLE PRODUCTS
If the products of Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl are not available, the client is informed immediately so that he/she can choose whether delaying the shipment, cancel the order or ordering only available products.
CANCELLING THE ORDER
Orders submitted can be cancelled in every moment calling our toll free number 800.800.860 or sending an e-mail to
commerciale@oliopace.it
ORDERS EXECUTION
When orders are executed, the client receives an e-mail of confirmation of the shipment.
CHECK THE STATE OF THE ORDER
The client can access his/her reserved area in every moment and check the state of the order, as well as track the shipment.
WITHDRAWAL
In compliance with decree no. 206 dated 06/09/05, the client is entitled to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 10 days upon receipt giving written notice in one of the following ways:
- Writing to Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl – C.da Piano San Nicola – 85020 Pietragalla (PZ)
- Sending an e-mail to commerciale@oliopace.it
Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl will refund the amount paid within 10 days upon receipt of the goods.
Please note that Frantoio Oleario F.lli Pace Srl offers its clients a 18-month-guarantee, which covers a longer period than that envisaged by law and enables the clients to replace the oil they have not used.
